Geometry Test
Measures the precision in light source alignment and focus, inspects products according to ECE Regulation No. 37, and checks the filament geometry by item. -
Vibration Test
Performs electrodynamic and shock tests to check the vibration resistance particularly of the bulb and the filament; manages the inspection processes according to IEC Regulation 60810; conducts a halogen bulb vibration and shock test by item; and owns dedicated measurement zigs for H7, H8, H9, H11, and H16. -
Airtightness Test
Performs tests to check the bulb’s airtightness; manages the inspection processes according to SAE Regulation J1383; conducts a halogen bulb lamp sealing test by item; and owns dedicated measurement zigs for H8, H9, H11, H16, HB1, HB3, HB4, HB5, and 880’S.

Life Test
Checks the lifespan and lasting ability of the halogen bulb; manages the inspection processes according to ICE Regulation 60801; conducts a life expectancy test by item; owns a DC-type 270ch machine and an AC-type 335ch machine; and checks the realtime life span through a computerized control system. -
Light Flux Measurement
Tests the light flux and luminous intensity using the standard halogen bulb; manages the inspection processes according to ECE Regulation No. 37; conducts a halogen lamp lumen and kelvin test by item; and secures high lumen reliability by using the standard bulb made by Germany Certificate Authority (TUV) in the test. In addition, conducts the lumen maintenance test according to IEC60810.

Deflection Test
Adopts a non-destructive test method for determining the relationship between the compressive load and the deflection for vulcanized rubber; manages the inspection processes according to SAE Regulation J1383; and conducts a halogen bulb deflection test by item.
